The token

Total supply: 1,000,000,000 Twenty-One (21), launched on Pump.fun.

Bankroll: 10% of the supply is bought in the launch transaction itself and moved straight into the program’s bankroll vault.
Trading fees: Pump.fun charges a fee on every trade and pays part of it to the creator wallet. 50% of that creator fee buys back Twenty-One for the bankroll or to burn; the other 50% goes to the developer.
Team principal: The team can withdraw, at any time, up to the tokens it put into the bankroll (the launch buy plus its own deposits), minus any net loss of the house (hands still in play count as lost), and never what is owed to players. House profit, public deposits and creator-fee buybacks can’t be withdrawn. After a shutdown the remaining bankroll is burned except that principal.
Team: The team gets no free tokens and takes no share of the game’s profit. It paid for the launch buy itself.

The bankroll vault is the house. Wins are paid from it and lost bets go into it.

Profit: Currently, net house profit is split 70% burned and 30% kept in the bankroll.
Bets: Currently, the maximum bet is 2% of the available bankroll and the minimum is 1,000 21.
Open exposure: Currently, hands in play can put at most 20% of the bankroll at risk.
Daily cap: Currently, net payouts are capped at 10% of the bankroll per 24 hours. A payout over the cap is deferred and released later, not lost.
Hard limits: Whatever the settings, the program never allows a maximum bet above 2%, open exposure above 50% or a daily cap above 50%.

Holders earn rakeback on what they wager: wagered × 0.5% × your tier rate.

Tier: Your tier comes from the lowest balance your wallet held across the day’s random snapshots.
Payout: One Merkle root is posted onchain per UTC day. You claim from your own wallet and the program checks your proof.
Claim window: Each day’s rakeback can be claimed for 30 days.

Demo mode: rakeback needs the game server.

Shoe: 6 decks, freshly shuffled for every hand, so counting cards is impossible.
Payouts: Blackjack pays 3:2 and insurance pays 2:1. There is no surrender.
Dealer: The dealer hits soft 17 and peeks for blackjack.
Double and split: Double on any two cards, including after a split. Split up to 3 hands; split aces get one card each.
House edge: 0.62% under basic strategy, simulated over 50 million hands with the exact onchain engine.
One wallet popup: You sign once per hand. The bet plus an optional action reserve (none, 1× or 5.5× the bet) is escrowed, so doubles, splits and insurance need no further signature. Unused reserve is returned.
